Style: Wheat Hefeweizen

Fahr Hefeweizen is a very refreshing, light, and well-balanced beer that is a delight to drink. This Hefeweizen is perfectly suited to summer patio time but can easily be enjoyed year-round due to its balance of sweetness and crispness. The yeast used in this brew imparts banana and clove aromas and flavours naturally.

ABV: 5.3%

IBU: 14

Aroma: Wheat grass, white pepper, banana, clove

Appearance: Yellow, cloudy, hazy

Mouthfeel: Medium body, smooth start to finish

Style: Amber Coloured Vienna Lager

The 2020 World Beer Awards Canada Gold Winner for Best Vienna Style Lager and Silver in the Canadian Brewing Awards! This beer has a copper colour (hence the name). With flavours of toffee, caramel, and cracker this beer is smooth and perfectly balanced. The German noble hops used in this beer offer a nice counterpart to the predominantly sweet impression. The Copper is the perfect beer to enjoy on any occasion.
